Lulworth Fossil Forest Walks

Join Jurassic Coast Ambassador John Scott for a guided walk to the Lulworth Fossil Forest.

Dates: Wednesday 5 April and Saturday 3 June.

Places on each walk are £10 per adult or £5 for JCT Members. Children free. All walks begin at the Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre. 

Meet at 10am. Walk concluded by 12 noon.

Please bring enough money to cover your parking (see here for charges) across the walk's duration, plus suitable clothing and footwear for a coastal walk.

The Fossil Forest is one of the World Heritage Site's most fascinating locations - a glimpse into an ancient world and the mighty trees which once grew here.

These walks also take in nearby Stair Hole, a spectacular geological formation that provides clues to the formation of the Alps, millions of years ago.
